True/False Film Festival is excited to announce a series of upcoming artist residencies we'll be hosting this winter! Both of these visiting artists will be creating new art installations for the 2016 festival.Taylor Ross will be hosting a workshop this Sunday (1/24) from2-5PM in the North Village Arts District at 110 N 10th, Suite 7. Ross is a multimedia artist, self-described as making celebratory art and working in the medium of Change. Her piece for T/F 2016 is a textile piece, woven from plant materials gathered in the prairies of Missouri and Iowa.Alicia Eggert will be hosting two artist workshops, one on Saturday (1/30) from 2-5PM and one on Sunday (1/31) from 2-5PM at Orr St Studios. Eggert is an artist working primarily in sculpture, installation and interactive media. Many of her installations are kinetic, and she also creates installations using neon signs.
